3 days
Karakol - Karakol gorge - Ala-Kul lake - Altyn-Arashan gorge - Karakol

In the morning the guide will meet you at your hotel and you will go deep into the Karakol gorge, to the starting point of the hiking itinerary. The hiking will start from a height of 2300 meters above sea level, and at the end of the day you will stop for the night in the “Sirota Camp” located at an altitude of 2900 meters. You will have lunch on the way and dinner in camp. Overnight in tents.

The most difficult day. In the morning, you will find a long ascent to Alakol lake, located at an altitude of 3,500 meters above sea level. It will be difficult, but interesting! A lunch is waiting for you at the lake, then we continue our hiking along the left bank of Alakol, lifting up to the pass at an altitude of 3860 meters. From this pass you can enjoy an amazing panorama of the Tien Shan mountains, icy peaks and a lake. The descent from the pass will be rather steep, but short, and will take much less time than the ascent. By the evening – dinner and overnight in tents.
